FINDING THE GUIDING FORCE

Living your life according to your thought or letting universe guide you towards leading your life ,people say its your choice, but i would say it is holding on to the experience as I believe that every human being is part of the universe and universe has given at least a glimpse of that divine light but its our responsibility.

Again when I say responsibility what comes to your mind ....but what touched my soul is as

Osho explained it “Responsibility is ability to respond” .

But the question is that are we as humans are we responding or reacting to every small aspect of life ?

Yes this is our choice we can train ourselves to respond than to react and feel the bliss which while reacting we do not notice.My experience says that learning to respond is a process in which we need to unlearn the habit of reacting to learn responding. 

If we pay attention to human behavior ,good or bad ,it is a reaction to past if we have been loved as a child we learn to love if we have experienced anger hurt or any other negative in excess we react according to that .

The moment we come to awareness that we are reacting and we let go of the past experiences and respond to people based on today here and now.These are the times when we experience our true self because it is free from the burden of past and is opaque and we can see through the illuminating light within us the light of the supreme energy.

Here is when we experience the feeling of being one with the universe, if we as humans can hang on to this feeling life long we will not feel the disconnect which is the route cause of any problem in the world. The beauty of this energy is that it is omnipresent and is accessible to all and dose not cost you anything other than your awareness and being in here and now.So what are we waiting for is the universe asking to much by wanting us to be aware and being in the moment.

So dear friends lets make an effort to learn to respond effortlessly. 

By just being in here and now and trusting that there is some one who knows it all is always guiding us.
